Welcome to Canyon Plains. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website canyonplains.space and the online Quran learning services provided by Canyon Plains LLC (“Canyon Plains”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in a course or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Canyon Plains provides online Quran instruction, including Tajweed, memorization (Hifz), and beginner reading classes, delivered through live one-on-one and group sessions with qualified teachers.
To access our courses you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Enrollment for students under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
Course fees are billed according to the plan you select (Basic, Standard, or Premium). Payments are due in advance of each billing period. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Missed lessons may be rescheduled subject to teacher availability.
Students and guardians agree to treat teachers and staff with respect and to attend scheduled lessons on time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abusive or disruptive behavior.
All course materials, content, and resources provided by Canyon Plains are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without our written permission.
Our services are provided “as is”. Canyon Plains is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
